Parties

This Agreement is concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions specified below. INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM: LIQAVO Email: info@liqavo.com SERVICE PROVIDER: The venue or organizer registered on the LIQAVO application. BUYER: The registered user making a reservation through the application. LIQAVO operates as an intermediary platform between service providers and buyers. By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and accepts in advance that upon confirming the service, they will be obligated to pay the service fee and any additional charges such as pre-authorization and taxes.

Definitions

SERVICE: All digital services offered through the LIQAVO application including venue reservations, event reservations, sports & activity reservations, and similar services. INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM: The LIQAVO platform that facilitates transactions between service providers and buyers. SERVICE PROVIDER: The venue, facility, or organizer offering services through LIQAVO. BUYER: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes. APPLICATION: The LIQAVO mobile application. PRE-AUTHORIZATION: The amount temporarily held on the credit card as a reservation guarantee. AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM, SERVICE PROVIDER, and the BUYER.

Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of services for which the BUYER has made a reservation electronically through the LIQAVO application, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Intermediary Platform: LIQAVO Email: info@liqavo.com Platform: LIQAVO Mobile Application (iOS & Android) LIQAVO is an intermediary platform that connects service providers (venues, organizers, sports facilities) with users. Services are provided directly by the service providers.

Service Information

Services offered through the LIQAVO application include: • Venue Reservation: Table/area reservation at restaurants, bars, cafes, nightclubs, beach clubs, and similar venues • Event Reservations: Reservations for concerts, parties, and special events • Sports & Activities: Reservations at tennis clubs, surf schools, and similar sports facilities • Extra Services: Additional services such as equipment rental for sports & activity reservations

Pricing

Prices displayed on the application are service sale prices determined by the service provider. Published prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period. All applicable fees, including any pre-authorization amounts, service charges, and extra services, are clearly displayed to the user before the reservation is confirmed.

Payment

Payments are securely processed through iyzico, a licensed payment service provider. Credit card information is not stored on LIQAVO servers. Venue Reservation (Pre-Authorization): Temporarily held on the credit card. When the customer arrives and checks in, the hold is automatically released. In case of cancellation, the venue's cancellation policy applies. Sports & Activities and Event Reservations: Payment is charged directly. The refund policy is subject to the conditions set by the venue/organizer.

General Terms

The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about the essential characteristics of the service, the sale price, payment method, and preliminary information on the LIQAVO application, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically. The BUYER is obligated to comply with the rules set by the venue (dress code, age restriction, cancellation policy, etc.) after the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

Venue Reservation: If cancelled within the free cancellation period set by the venue, the pre-authorization amount is fully released. After the free cancellation period, the late cancellation refund rate set by the venue applies. Event Reservations: No refunds, cancellations, or modifications are available after the purchase is completed. Court Rental: Sports & activity fees are charged directly. The venue's cancellation policy applies in case of cancellation. In case of cancellations made by the venue or organizer, the paid amount is fully refunded.

Services Not Eligible for Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: • Completed event reservations • Used or expired sports & activity services • Checked-in venue reservations • Personalized services prepared at the BUYER's specific request

Pre-Authorization (Deposit) System

The pre-authorization system is applied for venue reservations. Pre-authorization is a guarantee, not a payment. The amount temporarily held on the credit card: • When the customer arrives and checks in: The hold is automatically released, money is returned to the customer. • When cancelled within the free cancellation period: The hold is released, money is returned to the customer. • When cancelled late: Partial or full collection is made according to the venue's cancellation policy. • When cancelled by the venue/organizer: The hold is completely released, money is returned to the customer. Pre-authorization transactions cannot be performed with debit cards; only credit cards are accepted.

Liability

LIQAVO is not directly responsible for the quality, content, and fulfillment of services provided by venues and organizers. LIQAVO serves as an intermediary platform between users and venues/organizers. In case the venue or organizer fails to provide the service, cancels, or changes the conditions, LIQAVO automatically processes the necessary iyzico transactions to ensure the refund of paid amounts.

Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Complaints and objections may be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made.

Effective Date

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon making the payment for the reservation through the application. The INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM is obligated to present this agreement to the BUYER before the transaction is completed.
