Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you make a reservation electronically through the LIQAVO application, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance service sales agreement. Users are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

General

All reservation transactions made through the LIQAVO application are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Each service is provided within the conditions set by the venue/organizer. Cancellation and refund conditions vary by service type.

Venue Reservation Cancellation & Refund

Pre-Authorization (Deposit) System: • Free Cancellation Period: If cancelled within the period set by the venue (e.g., 24 hours), the pre-authorization amount held on the credit card is fully released. No charges are made. • Late Cancellation: If cancelled after the free cancellation period, the refund rate set by the venue applies. The refund rate may range from 0% (no refund) to 100% (full refund). • Venue/Organizer Cancellation: For reservations cancelled by the venue or LIQAVO, the full pre-authorization amount is refunded to the customer. • Check-in: When the customer arrives and checks in at the venue, the pre-authorization hold is automatically released and the amount is returned to the customer.

Event Reservation Cancellation & Refund

No refunds, cancellations, or modifications are available after the event reservation is completed. Exception: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the paid amount is fully refunded. The refund is automatically processed by LIQAVO.

Sports & Activities Cancellation & Refund

Sports & activity fees are charged directly at the time of reservation. The venue's cancellation policy applies in case of cancellation. For cancellations made by the venue, the paid amount is fully refunded.

Pre-Authorization Refund Process

Pre-authorization refund transactions are automatically processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure. • Void (Hold Release): In case of cancellation or check-in, the hold is released. The amount typically reflects on the credit card limit immediately. • Capture (Collection): In case of late cancellation, partial or full collection is made according to the venue's policy. Refund timeline: Void transactions are usually instant. Bank processing time may take 1-5 business days to reflect in the account.

Unpaid Reservations

If the user fails to make the pre-authorization payment within the payment deadline for an approved reservation, the reservation is automatically cancelled (expired). No charges are made in this case.

Unauthorized Credit Card Use

If it is determined after the reservation that the credit card used for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons, and the service fee is not paid to LIQAVO by the relevant bank or financial institution, the related reservation will be cancelled.

Force Majeure

In case the service cannot be provided due to unforeseeable force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, legal regulations, etc.), the user is notified. The user may request cancellation of the reservation or postponement until the obstacle is removed. In case of cancellation, the paid amount is refunded within 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal Period

The right of withdrawal period for service agreements is 14 days from the date the contract is established. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires (reservation confirmation, event attendance,activity use, etc.). Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by LIQAVO.

How to Cancel

Venue Reservation: Can be cancelled via LIQAVO app → My Reservations → Select reservation → Cancel button. Event Reservation: Cancellation is not possible after purchase is completed. Sports & Activities: Can be cancelled via LIQAVO app → My Reservations → Select reservation → Cancel button. Support: Cancellation requests can also be submitted through the in-app support feature or at info@liqavo.com.

Refund Conditions

LIQAVO is obligated to initiate the refund process within 14 days at the latest from the receipt of the cancellation notification. Pre-authorization refunds are automatically processed through iyzico. Void transactions are instant; bank processing time is 1-5 business days. If the service value decreases due to the user's fault (no-show, late cancellation, etc.), the venue's cancellation policy applies.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds cannot be made in the following cases: • Completed event reservations • Used or expired sports & activity services • Checked-in venue reservations (pre-authorization is already refunded) • Services that have been started and completed with the consumer's consent • Late-cancelled reservations with 0% refund rate per venue policy

Default and Legal Consequences

The user acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that in case of default on credit card payments, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and will be liable to the bank.
