Through membership or various forms and transactions on our application, certain personal information of users (such as name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, profile photo, billing information) is collected by our application due to the nature of the service. Additionally, device information, IP address, location data (with your permission), app usage patterns, and reservation history are collected automatically.
Campaigns and Notifications
Our company may periodically send campaign information, information about new venues and events, and promotional offers to its users and members. Our members can make any choice regarding receiving or not receiving such information during registration, and can later change this selection from the account settings section.
Security of Personal Information
Personal information transmitted electronically by our users during transactions through our application will not be disclosed to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by the "User Agreement" we have made with our users. We share your information with venue partners (name, guest count, and reservation details to fulfill your booking) and payment processors (iyzico) for transaction processing. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Use of IP Addresses
Our company records and uses the IP addresses of its users to identify system-related problems and resolve issues related to the service provided. IP addresses may also be used to identify users in a general manner and to collect comprehensive demographic information.
Credit Card and Payment Security
Our company prioritizes the security of credit card holders making payments through our application. Your credit card information is never stored in our system. Payment transactions are handled by iyzico, a licensed payment service provider. Card information is encrypted with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and transmitted to the relevant bank for verification. Pre-authorization (deposit) amounts are temporarily held and released or captured according to the venue's cancellation policy.
Exceptional Cases
In the limited cases described below, our company may disclose user information to third parties outside the provisions of this "Privacy Policy": To comply with obligations imposed by legal rules issued by competent legal authorities such as Laws, Decree Laws, Regulations, etc.; to fulfill the requirements of agreements made with users; for the purpose of an investigation or inquiry duly conducted by competent administrative and judicial authorities; in cases where providing information is necessary to protect the rights or safety of users.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Reservation records are kept for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information regarding processed personal data, learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately, know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incompletely or inaccurately processed personal data, and request deletion or destruction of your personal data. You can exercise these rights through the app settings or by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
LIQAVO is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
Policy Changes
Our company may change the provisions of this "Privacy Policy" at any time. Changes to the policy take effect as soon as they are published on the application or website. Notifications about changes will be made through in-app notifications or email.
